José David Blanco Fioravanti and Vanina Díaz Alegre are international chaplains with more than 25 years of experience in training volunteers, leaders and pastors. Throughout their career, they have led church planting in several countries, including Argentina, Spain and the UK, with a global reach that has impacted communities around the world.
They currently live in the UK and have been married for 26 years. They are the parents of two sons: Joel, 15, and Alan, 22, who is married to Estefania.
His family life, marked by love, faith and commitment, is reflected in the mission of the SOS World Mission Foundation: to transform lives and build stronger communities around the world.
Driven by their passion for God's call, the Blanco family has lived in different countries and cities, planting churches and serving diverse communities. This experience has enriched them with a deep cross-cultural understanding.
Their extensive experience in mission and leadership has enabled them to develop training programmes that equip individuals to serve in various areas of ministry, with a particular focus on developing effective leaders who can respond to the spiritual and social needs of their communities.

Vanina Diaz is an international chaplain, teacher and pastor. As a teenager, she felt God's call to missions, a call that has guided her entire life. From a young age, her ability to lead and her deep love for people led her to help others discover their potential. Over more than three decades, she has trained and empowered leaders and pastors from diverse cultures, becoming a true 'mother of nations'. Her passion for missions and unwavering faith drive her forward, while her unconditional love for her family reflects the care and dedication she has for all those she impacts."
