Comprehensive support for volunteer missionaries
At SOS World Mission, our Mission Care programme is born from the heart of solidarity: caring for those who give their lives in the service of others. We are dedicated to the integral wellbeing of volunteer missionaries, providing support, accompaniment and resources in different countries to strengthen their work and ensure that they can continue their mission in good health and wellbeing.
We have a committed team of mentors and professionals who watch over their emotional and spiritual health, ensuring that each missionary knows that they are not alone, and that their work is valued, supported and nurtured in love.

Integral Care

Mentoring and spiritual care
We stand by the volunteers abroad, supporting them with love, spiritual care and mentoring. Our aim is to help them find inner strength and clarity at every step of the projects they are involved in, so that they can fulfil their mission with confidence and purpose.

Marriage therapy
We understand that married couples also go through difficult times, especially when they are on the mission field. Therefore, we offer the support of professional couple therapists who will accompany missionaries and their spouses in times of crisis, giving them tools to heal and strengthen their relationship.

Help for singles.
Loneliness is one of the toughest battles facing volunteer missionaries abroad, and its emotional effects can be difficult to handle without help. For that, we have experienced missionaries who will stand by the side of single missionaries, providing support and companionship so that they can get through these difficult times with faith and resilience.

Children suffer the most when they leave their country, their loved ones and their family environment, facing a completely different context. This transition can lead to distress, depression and, in many cases, estrangement from God as they grow up. To support them in this process, we have children of missionaries, now adults and teenagers, who have lived through the same experience and will share with them the necessary tools to overcome each challenge, strengthening their faith and emotional well-being.

In times of adversity, when unexpected problems or losses become overwhelming, it is essential to seek professional support. We offer specialised psychological support that will provide professional accompaniment to missionary families, helping them to heal, strengthen and overcome every difficulty.
Mission Care is currently developing projects in Africa, Asia, Europe and Central America as part of its global commitment...
Our projects in Africa, Asia, Europe and Central America are transforming lives in profound and lasting ways. In some of these places, for security reasons, we cannot reveal specific details. Protecting the identity of our missionaries and their families is essential to safeguard their work and their lives. Yet even in the most challenging contexts, their light continues to shine brightly, bringing hope where there seems to be none.
Thanks to those who walk with us, this mission continues to grow. support and commitment make it possible for compassion to know no borders..
